Mini cakes "Honey sweets"

Honey cake, Ryzhik, Caprice as there are many names of one favorite cake, we have the option of preparing a New Year's sweet treat for the festive table. When you don't need to cut the cake at all and you can even give the guests a mini cake to take away.

Flour 300 g

Sugar 100 g

Butter 50 g

Butter (for cream) 100 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Honey 2 tbsp l.

Cranberries 5-7 pcs

Soda 1/2 tsp

Condensed milk. boiled (for cream) 150 g


Put butter, sugar and honey in a saucepan.

Add eggs and baking soda. Mix well and put on low heat.

Bring to foam, stirring well.

Pour into a bowl and add flour in portions.

Knead the dough.

Divide the dough into three parts, roll up the balls and place on a dish sprinkled with flour. Put in the cold for 30 minutes.

Roll into a thin layer on parchment and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 3-5 minutes. Judge the finished cakes.

For the cream, mix butter with boiled condensed milk in a bowl.

Beat the cream well.

Coat the cakes with cream.

Fold one on top of the other.

Using a mold, cut out even mini cakes from the cakes. (Better to use a round or square shape, there will be less residue).

Put the finished mini cakes on a dish.

Sprinkle with icing sugar, garnish with cream and berries.
