Pancakes with apples

Delicious pancakes with apples in honey. Mmm ... This is both a great breakfast and a mind-blowing dessert that is very simple and easy to make.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Milk 2.5% fat. 250 ml

Wheat flour 1st grade 120 g

Vegetable oil 30 ml

Cognac 40% alcohol (to taste) 30 ml

Apples 3 pcs

Eggs 2 pcs

Honey 1 tbsp l.

Sugar (sand) 1 tbsp. l.

Butter 1 tbsp l.

Salt 1 pinch.


Pour the milk into a bowl.

Add eggs.

Add flour and salt.

Add vegetable oil.

Beat well with a whisk until the dough is smooth.

Bake thin pancakes on both sides in a preheated pan.

Rinse the apples well, remove the peel if desired.

Dissolve the butter in a frying pan and fry the diced apples.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, add cognac and cook for a couple more minutes.

Sprinkle with sugar and stir.

Put the apple filling on the edge of the pancake and roll it up.

Put the pancake pouches with apples on a dish.

Pancakes with apples are ready. Drizzle with honey and serve.
