Cooking time 40 minutes
Milk 3.2% fat. 300 pcs
Flour 120 g
Vegetable oil 4-6 tbsp. l.
Eggs 2 pcs
Cottage cheese 200 g
Coconut flakes 50 g
Sour cream 15% fat. 3 tbsp. l.
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Beat eggs in a bowl, add milk.
Add flour, vegetable oil and salt. Mix well and let the dough stand for 20 minutes.
Bake pancakes in a frying pan on both sides.
For the filling, mix cottage cheese with sour cream.
Add coconut and sugar. Mix well.
Spread the filling on each pancake.
And roll up an envelope.
Place ready-made pancakes on a platter and serve.
