Ham 200 g
Eggs 3 pcs
Milk 3.2% fat. 3 tbsp. l.
Grated cheese 1 stack.
Green onions 2-3 branches.
Lettuce leaves (for decoration)
Sweet ground paprika (for garnish)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Core the baguette.
Cut this piece into small cubes.
Finely chop the ham and fry.
Whisk together eggs, milk, pepper, chopped green onions, 1/3 cup grated cheese.
Blot the bread slices in this mixture until they are thoroughly soaked. Place ham in baguette, pour over egg mixture with bread cubes. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C. Cook in the oven until the eggs are cooked and the edges of the baguette are browned. Serve on lettuce, sprinkle with sweet paprika and finely chopped green onions.
