Ruddy crispy brushwood, sprinkled with powdered sugar, a familiar delicacy from childhood, which you cannot refuse.

Egg 1 pc
Sour cream 25% fat. 100 g
Wheat flour of the highest grade 200-220 g
Salt 1 pinch.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil (for frying)
Mix the egg with the cream in a bowl.
Add salt and sugar. By adding flour in parts, knead the tough dough.
Roll out into a layer and cut into rectangles.
Make holes in each and stretch one end of the dough.
Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Place on a paper towel.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with tea.
