Cottage cheese (for filling) 200 g
Eggs (for filling) 1 pc
Sugar (for filling) 3 tbsp. l.
Banana (for filling) 1 pc
Eggs (for pouring) 2 pcs
Sour cream 10% fat. (for filling) 3 tbsp. l.
Sugar (for pouring) 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Beat eggs with a whisk.
Add milk and vegetable oil.
Add flour, salt and baking soda. Mix well and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Bake in a preheated pan on both sides.
Fold the finished pancakes in a pile and put them in a warm place.
For the filling, combine cottage cheese, egg, diced banana and sugar in a bowl. Mix well.
Put the filling on the pancakes and wrap in rolls.
Fold the rolls in a spiral into a shape greased with butter.
To pour, beat eggs in a bowl, add sugar and sour cream.
Beat well and pour over the pancake pie.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 30-35 minutes.
