Cooking time 3 hours

For the cake:

Eggs 5 pcs

Sugar 200 g

Baking powder 1 tsp.

Cocoa powder 4 tbsp. l.

Wheat flour of the highest grade 300 g

Salt 1 pinch.

For the cream:

Sour cream 20% fat. 500 g

Sugar 200 g

For decoration:

Prunes (steamed) 5-10 pcs

Banana 2 pcs

Walnuts (roasted) 100 g

White chocolate 100 g

Dark chocolate without additives 100 g

Red food coloring

Marmalade eyes

Beat the whites into a foam.

While adding sugar a little, continue to beat.

Add yolks.

Gently add cocoa and stir with a spatula.

Finally, add flour, salt and baking powder.

Pour the dough into a greased form and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees C.

Check readiness with a toothpick. Allow to cool.

Cut the cake in two. The bottom will be the base.

Make a cream with sour cream and sugar.

Grease the cake with cream, lay out a layer of banana rings, prunes and chopped nuts.

Cut the second cake into small pieces and dipping them in cream, put on top of the turret. We alternate with nuts and prunes.

Drizzle with melted white chocolate (you can add color to the chocolate if desired).

And pour melted dark chocolate on top. Insert gummy eyes into the cake.

Let it soak for 2-3 hours.

Enjoy your Halloween!
