Pie with apples

Puff pastry 300 g

Green apple 2 pcs

Egg 1 pc

Sugar (sand) 1 tbsp. l.

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


Roll out the dough into a circle, no more than 1 cm thick. Put on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

Wash the apples well.

Cut apples into rugs of rings.

Place apples on the dough.

Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

Make cuts and wrap edges.

Brush with a hammered egg.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 20 minutes.

Cool slightly and cut into portions.

Put on a platter and serve.
