Pie with herbs


Butter 50 pcs

Eggs 3 pcs

Wheat flour of the highest grade 100 g

Baking powder 1 tsp.

Salt 1 pinch.

Arrow of garlic 1 bunch

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Dill (greens) 2-3 branches.

Parsley (greens) 2-3 branches.

Melt the butter a little. Add eggs and beat.

Finely chop the greens.

Add to bowl.

Add salt, flour and baking powder.

Knead not a thick dough.

Grease the mold with butter and lay out the dough. Flatten a little.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.

Cool slightly and cut into pieces. Serve warm.
