Strawberry and curd pie


Butter 200 g

Sugar 100 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Wheat flour of the highest grade 300-400 g

Starch 100 g

Salt 1 pinch.

Eggs (for filling) 1 pc

Sugar (for filling) 50 g

Cottage cheese (for filling) 150 g

Strawberries (for filling) 12-15 pcs

Combine eggs, sugar and softened butter in a bowl.

Mix well. Add flour, starch and salt.

Well you knead the dough.

In a separate bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg and sugar. Rub well with a fork.

Divide the dough into unequal parts. Distribute most of the dough in shape and make sides. Place the cottage cheese filling and smooth with a spoon.

Cut the strawberries and put them on the curd.

Put the smaller part of the dough in the freezer for 30 minutes and grate on a coarse grater on top of the pie.

Place in a preheated oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees C.

Allow to cool slightly and cut into pieces.
