Honey Novelty Cake

Cake "Honey Novelty" is a simple and very tasty cake that can be prepared for a birthday or for a Sunday home tea party. A very delicate and honey cake will surely please the little sweet tooth.

Honey 200 g

Wheat flour of the highest grade 450-500 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Sugar 200 g

Butter 100 g

Soda 2 tsp

Sour cream 20% fat. (for cream) 500 g

Sugar (for cream) 200 g

Vanillin (for cream) to taste


Melt honey in a bowl.

Add baking soda and stir over low heat until frothy.

Remove from heat, add butter in pieces and wait until melted.

Add eggs, sugar and stir.

Knead the dough by gradually adding flour.

The finished dough should not "float" in your hands.

Put in small portions on a board with flour and place in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Take out each piece and roll it out on a thick greased plastic bag.

Turn on a baking sheet (greased with margarine) and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown for 3-4 minutes.

Arrange and trim to plate shape. Put all the cakes in a pile and let them rest for 2-3 hours.

Beat the sour cream with sugar and vanilla.

Smear each cake with cream and fold in a pile.

Coat the sides and garnish with crumbs from the remains of the cakes.

Let stand in the refrigerator overnight and serve.
