Egg yolk 4 pcs
Milk 3.2% fat. 125 pc
Flour 400 g
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Powdered sugar 50 g
Pork fat (optional) 4 tbsp. l.
Vanillin 2 g
Vegetable oil 500 pcs
Beat the yolks with sugar.
Gradually adding flour, knead the tough dough.
Give it a little rest.
Roll out into a thin layer. Cut out circles with a glass and make 4-5 cuts on each with a knife.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan, add fat (if using). and fry in small batches until golden brown.
Transfer the finished products to a serving dish.
Mix the powdered sugar and vanilla. Sprinkle on top and serve.
