Pie with apples

An easy-to-prepare aromatic apple pie is the perfect accompaniment to tea.

Cooking time 45 minutes


Eggs 4 pcs

Sugar 250 g

Wheat flour of the highest grade 250 g

Vanillin 2 g

Green apple (sweet and sour variety) 2 pcs

Butter 10 g

Powdered sugar


Break the eggs into a dry bowl.

Beat for 5-7 minutes with a mixer. Add sugar little by little. Add flour in portions, continuing to beat.

Cut the apples into small cubes.

Grease the mold with butter and lay out the dough. Lay a layer of apples on top.

Place in a preheated oven. Cook for 30-35 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Remove the cooled cake from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
