Pancakes "Bulgarians"

These stuffed bulgary pancakes with pork and bell pepper should be in the arsenal of every housewife. We recommend cooking for Shrovetide.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Pork pulp 300 g

Bell pepper 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Dry rosemary 1 pinch.

Vegetable oil for frying

Eggs for dough 2 pcs

Milk 3.2% fat. for dough 300 ml

Soda for dough 1 pinch.

Flour for dough 1/2 stack.

Vegetable oil for dough 6 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste


Cut the meat into small pieces, season with salt and pepper, add rosemary.

Fry in vegetable oil with finely chopped onion for 10-15 minutes.

Add some water and close the lid. Cook for another 5-7 minutes. Add chopped peppers. Stir well and cook until pepper is soft.

Beat eggs in a separate bowl.

Add milk, soda, salt, vegetable oil. Let the dough stand for 20 minutes.

Bake the pancakes in a medium skillet.

Place the filling on the pancake and wrap.

Place the pancakes on a plate and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
