Garlic tortillas

How good and tasty these garlic cakes are. They will be a worthy replacement for regular bread and an excellent addition to main courses.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Yeast pie dough 300 g

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Parsley (greens) to taste

Dill (greens) to taste

Sunflower oil (for frying)

Salt to taste


Heat the sunflower oil over high heat, but so that it does not smoke. Finely chop the herbs and garlic and knead into the dough. Add salt to taste. Divide the dough into several parts. Roll out the flat cakes no more than 1 cm thick. Fry in sunflower oil on both sides. Make some holes with a fork. Fried tortillas can be served with chicken broth.
