Pie with apple and walnuts, delicious pastries that will delight the whole family at the table.
Cooking time 50 minutes
Eggs 4 pcs
Wheat flour 1 stack.
Sugar 1/2 cup
Vanillin 1 g
Apple 1 pc
Walnuts 100 g
Natural honey 2 tbsp. l.
Butter 1 tbsp l.
Semolina 1-2 tbsp. l.
Grease a frying pan or dish with butter.
Sprinkle with semolina.
Put apple slices in a circle on the bottom.
Top with walnuts.
Beat eggs with a mixer until a thick foam forms.
Add sugar in portions and continue whisking. Add vanillin and flour.
Pour the dough over the entire surface of the mold.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees C for 30-40 minutes. Willingness to check with a wooden stick.
Remove the finished cake from the mold and turn it over onto a dish with apples and nuts facing up. Drizzle with honey.
