Homemade eclairs with boiled condensed milk cannot be compared with purchased ones. After trying them once, you will want to cook them again.
Cooking time 45 minutes
Ingredients
Eggs 4 pcs
Wheat flour 1 stack.
Water 1 stack.
Butter 100 g
Boiled condensed milk 200 g
Sugar (sand) 50 g
Salt 1/2 tsp
Preparation
Bring a glass of water to a boil. Pour into a bowl, add salt, sugar, butter and place in a water bath. When the butter is melted, add flour and mix well.
Let the mixture cool. Add all eggs one at a time.
Using a pastry syringe or bag, put the dough on a baking sheet with parchment.
When spreading on a baking sheet, keep a distance, as the eclairs will increase in size.
Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees C, then reduce the temperature to 170 degrees C and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
Allow to cool and stuff the eclairs with condensed milk with a syringe. Decorate on top.
Bon appetit!
