Puff currant pie

Puff currant pie is ideal for a joint tea party.

Cooking time 35 minutes


Puff pastry 200 g

Black currant 1 stack.

Sugar 100 g

Egg 1 pc

Wheat flour 30 g


Rinse the currant berries well.

Mix the berries with sugar.

Roll out the dough into a long strip.

Put a berry with sugar on it.

Wrap in a roll.

Coat with beaten egg on all sides.

Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 200 C.
