Cooking time 2 hours

Wheat flour 600-650 g

Warm water 350 ml

Dry yeast 10 g

Sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.

Sugar 2 tbsp. l.

Salt 1 tbsp l.

Add 10 grams of dry yeast to 350 milliliters of warm water. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar.

Stir with a spoon and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Mix the diluted yeast with sugar. Add 1 level tablespoon of salt. While stirring, add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Sift 500 grams of flour through a sieve into a bowl so that the flour is saturated with air. Add flour to yeast in portions, kneading the dough with a spoon.

Cover the bowl with cling film and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Pour 100-150 grams of flour on the table and lay out the dough.

Knead the dough with your hands for 10-15 minutes, pouring flour under it, until the dough completely adheres to your hands.

Cover the dough with a bag and rest again for 15-20 minutes.

The finished dough should be elastic, even and return to shape when pressed.

Divide the dough into two equal parts and knead them.

Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into bread molds and grease them well with a brush.

Place the dough into the molds only 1/3 of their volume.

Cover the blanks with foil and leave for 30 minutes.

Until the dough has increased in size to half of the mold.

Put the molds with the dough in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 35-40 minutes below the average level so that the top does not burn.

Remove the finished bread from the molds and cool on the side.

Homemade bread is ready in the oven. Can be served at the table.

Bon appetit!
