Pie with cabbage and minced meat in the oven

Using this recipe, you can cook a tender, fluffy, insanely delicious pie with cabbage and minced meat in the oven.

Cooking time 1 hour


Pork pulp 400 g

Milk 3.2% fat. 250 ml

White cabbage 200 g

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 3-4 tbsp. l.

Onion 1 pc

Egg 1 pc

Sugar 1 tbsp. l.

Dry yeast 1 tsp

Butter (for greasing the mold) 20 g

Ground black pepper to taste


Pour 250 ml of warm milk into a bowl, add 1 tbsp. spoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of dry yeast.

Leave the bowl in a warm place for 15 minutes.

Knead the dough and cover with cling film, leave for 30 minutes.

Cut 400 g of pork pulp into pieces.

Twist in a meat grinder.

Put the minced meat and fry, stirring for 2-3 minutes.

Add the finely chopped onion and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Add 200 g of chopped white cabbage, cook for 5-7 minutes until soft.

Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and ground black pepper to taste.

The dough has risen and increased in volume.

Divide the dough into two unequal parts, 2/3 and 1/3.

Grease a mold with butter, roll out most of the dough in a circle and put in a mold.

Add cooled filling and smooth.

Roll out the second part of the dough and cover on top of the filling.

Pinch the edges of the dough.

Puncture the top with a fork.

Brush the top of the pie with a beaten egg.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C, 15-20 minutes.

Pie with cabbage and minced meat in the oven is ready. Cool slightly and serve.
