Sour cream pie with apples

Delicate, airy sour cream pie with apples will decorate any table. Give your loved ones warmth and comfort.

Apples (small and sweet) 400 g

Flour 270 g

Sour cream 10% fat. 200 g

Sugar 150 g

Butter 100 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Soda 1 tsp

Powdered sugar 1 tbsp. l.


Beat 100 grams of butter and 150 grams of sugar.

Add 3 eggs and beat with a mixer for 3-5 minutes.

Add 200 grams of sour cream and stir.

Add 270 grams of flour and 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Mix the dough well.

Rinse and dry the apples.

Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with flour.

Put the dough into a mold and flatten.

Cut the apples into halves or quarters and remove the core. Add apples to the dough.

Bake in preheated to 180 degrees C for 30-35 minutes.

Cool the finished cake and remove from the mold. Sprinkle the top of the cake with 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar.

Sour cream pie with apples is ready. Can be served at the table.
