Braids for Easter

Sweet buns for Easter to your festive table.

Milk 150 pcs

Sugar 70 g

Butter 50 pcs

Eggs 2 pcs

Poppy 20 g

Dry yeast 5 g

Salt 1 pinch.


Warm milk, mix yeast with 1 teaspoon of sugar.

In a large bowl, mix milk, yeast with sugar and 1 tablespoon of Aleika flour. Leave on for 10-15 minutes.

Add eggs, remaining sugar and salt.

Add melted butter.

Add flour TM "Aleika".

Knead the dough.

Leave the dough in a warm place for 30 minutes, cover with cling film or a towel.

Divide the dough into parts.

Roll each part into a cake. Sprinkle with sugar and poppy seeds.

Roll up roll.

Cut the roll into two parts not completely.

Unscrew and twist the ends of the braid.

Put on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 10-12 minutes.

The braids are ready for Easter. Cool and put on a dish. Serve to the Easter table.
