Shortbread biscuits in white chocolate "Valentines"

Delicious Valentine cookies will please everyone.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Flour 170 g

White chocolate 100 g

Butter 100 g

Powdered sugar 100 g

Egg 1 pc

Baking powder 5 g

Confectionery sprinkles (for decoration)

Salt 1 pinch.


Mix soft butter in a bowl with egg.

Add powdered sugar, baking powder, 1 pinch of salt and flour.

Knead the dough with a fork in a bowl.

With your hands, collect the dough into a lump and knead a little (add 2 tablespoons of flour if the dough sticks to your hands).

Roll out the dough into a 1/2 centimeter thick layer.

Cut the hearts out of the dough with a mold.

Transfer the blanks to a baking sheet covered with parchment.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 10 minutes. Cool the finished cookies.

Heat white chocolate in a bag in a water bath and prepare sprinkles.

Apply chocolate to cookies and decorate with colored sprinkles. Allow to dry completely.
