Grated pie with jam

Grated pie with jam for a pleasant tea party with the family. Children and adults will love this cake.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Butter 200 g

Apple jam or preserves 200 g

Sugar 100 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Baking powder 10 g


Put soft butter and sugar in a bowl. Beat well with a mixer.

Add eggs.

Beat again.

Well you knead the dough.

Divide into two unequal parts, roll out most of the dough into a circle.

Brush with apple jam.

Add the remaining flour to a smaller part of the dough and knead.

Grate the dough with the top layer of the pie.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 20-25 minutes.

Put the finished cake and cool.
