Pancakes with minced meat and mushrooms

Pancakes with minced meat and mushrooms, this is an easy way to make delicious stuffed pancakes.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Milk 300 ml

Minced meat 300 g

Fresh champignons 200 g

Flour 170 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.

Onion 1 pc

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Beat 3 eggs in a bowl.

Add 300 ml of milk.

Add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Add 170 g flour and salt to taste, beat well with a whisk.

Bake thin pancakes in a hot skillet on both sides.

Prepare minced meat, peel and chop the onion.

In a frying pan with 2 tbsp. fry the minced meat with finely chopped onions with tablespoons of vegetable oil. Cook for 5-6 minutes.

Peel and dice the mushrooms.

Add mushrooms and cook for another 5-7 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Place the filling in the middle of the pancake.

Collapse with an envelope.

Place the envelopes on a platter and serve.
