Christmas puff pastry rolls

Christmas puff pastry rolls with a simple but everyone's favorite filling of cheese, eggs and onions will be very popular on the holiday table.

Cooking time 35 minutes


Yeast puff pastry 300 pcs

Hard cheese 50 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Egg yolk 1 pc

Boiled water 2 tbsp. l.


Grate boiled eggs.

Add grated cheese and finely chopped green onions. Mix well.

Roll out the dough into a layer and lay out the filling in an even layer.

Wrap in a roll and cut into slices. Place each twist on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Brush with a mixture of egg yolk and 2 tbsp. spoons of water.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 20 minutes. Until golden brown.

Put on a platter and serve to the festive table.
