Chocolate pancakes with cream filling

These chocolate pancakes with a creamy filling are a treat that is impossible to resist.

Milk 3.2% fat. 1 stack.


Dark chocolate bar 1 pc

Egg 1 pc

Sugar 1 tbsp. l.

Mascarpone cheese 100-200 g

Powdered sugar 2 tbsp l.

Cherry 50 g


Beat milk with a blender with egg, sugar.

Add chocolate and beat again.

Pour in a little flour, whisking, bringing to the consistency of kefir.

Fry the pancakes in a preheated pan on both sides, greasing the pan with vegetable oil.

Mix the mascarpone with the icing sugar and put on the pancake.

Wrap in a roll and cut across into equal parts, put on a plate, decorate everything with cherries and powdered sugar.
