Chicken and potato pie

Juicy, aromatic pie with chicken and potatoes will not leave anyone indifferent. An easy-to-prepare recipe is within the power of even a novice cook.

Yeast puff pastry 500 g

Chicken fillet 300 g

Potatoes 4-6 pcs

Sesame seeds 1 tbsp l.

Butter 30 g

Egg 1 pc

Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Defrost the dough and roll it into a layer less than 1 cm thick.

Cut into 2 pieces. Roll out part of the dough, cover the baking sheet with foil and grease with vegetable oil. Place the dough and make small sides. Lay a layer of thinly sliced ​​potatoes.

Salt a little. Sprinkle with finely chopped onions. Cut the chicken fillet into small slices and beat off. Season the meat with salt and pepper, lay on top of the potatoes and onions.

Top with slices of butter.

Cover with the second part of the dough rolled out and remove the excess.

Pinch the edges, brush the whole cake with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

Cool the finished pie a little and cut into pieces. Serve to the table.
