Peeled pumpkin 200 g
Wheat flour of the highest grade 500 g
Water 150 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Butter 50 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
From water, 1 egg of flour and salt, knead the dough.
Knead until elastic. Give it a rest.
Roll into a layer and grease with vegetable oil.
Roll into a very tight roll.
Cut into pieces and roll out the juices.
For the filling, grate the peeled pumpkin, chop the onion, mix in a bowl, salt and pepper.
