Separate the whites from the yolks.
Beat whites with sugar until fluffy.
Beat the yolks separately until the whites. Add butter and beat again.
Sift flour into a bowl, add cocoa, baking powder and salt.
Add the yolk mass and stir.
Add the whipped egg whites in portions.
Gently mix the whites into the dough.
Pour the dough into a mold.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C, 35-40 minutes, check the willingness with a wooden skewer. Cool the finished cake in the mold.
Transfer to a dish and allow to cool completely.
Pour melted milk chocolate on top of the cake. Or decorate as desired.
