Christmas lemon cupcake

Christmas lemon muffin, incredibly tasty and flavorful pastries that can become a good tradition in your family.

Cooking time 50 minutes


Butter 200 g

Sugar 200 g

Lemon 1 pc

Eggs 3 pcs

Flour 250 g

Vanillin 2 g

Soda 1/2 tsp

Powdered sugar


Grind butter with sugar, add vanillin, yolks.

Remove the zest from the lemon and squeeze the juice of half the lemon. Add the zest and lemon juice to the dough.

Add flour and baking soda.

Beat the whites into a foam and mix in small portions into the dough.

Put the dough in a greased dish and bake at 180 degrees C for 30-40 minutes. Until a dry match.

Put the warm cake out of the mold and brush with 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar and the juice of the second half of a lemon.

Cut into portions, put on a dish and sprinkle with icing sugar.
