These flavorful cheese buns will regularly appear on your table and are a great substitute for store-bought bread.

Mix yeast with a little warm kefir and sugar. Leave for 10-15 minutes in a warm place.
Separately in a large bowl, combine kefir, eggs (leave 1 yolk), butter.
Add risen yeast and mix well. Add the sifted flour little by little, kneading the dough well. Lubricate the surface with vegetable oil. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.
