Pancakes with pumpkin "Delicious"

These golden, succulent pancakes are one of the most effective ways to fall in love with fall pumpkin dishes.

Cooking time 25 minutes


Eggs 3 pcs

Kefir 200 ml

Wheat flour 120 g

Pumpkin 200 g

Baking powder 1/2 tsp

Vegetable oil (for frying)

Salt to taste


Beat eggs in a bowl.

Add kefir and stir.

Peel and seed the pumpkin.

Add flour, baking powder, salt and grated pumpkin to a bowl.

Mix well, the dough should be slightly thicker than for a regular pancake.

Spoon the dough into a preheated pan with vegetable oil. Fry pancakes on both sides until tender.

Put on a dish and let cool slightly.
