Fried champignon salad

Delicious and easy to prepare salad with fried mushrooms.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Tomatoes 2 pcs

Champignons 3 pcs

Lemon 1/2 pc

Sour cream 10% fat. 2 tbsp. l.

Eggs 2 pcs

Parsley (greens)

Green onions

Salt to taste


Rinse and dry the champignons.

Cut into slices and fry in 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil for 3-5 minutes.

For dressing, mix sour cream, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil and lemon juice. Mix well.

In a bowl, combine the fried mushrooms, the sliced ​​tomatoes and the finely chopped herbs. Stir and season with salt.

Boil the eggs, peel and cut into slices.

Place the mushrooms and tomatoes on a dish. Add the dressing and place the egg circles on top. Sprinkle with finely chopped onions.

Serve to the table.
