Universal dough for simple, thin and brown pancakes for the whole family on Shrovetide, as well as for stuffing and pancake cakes.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Milk 200 ml
Water 200 ml
Flour 150 g
Eggs 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.
Salt 1/4 tsp
Break the egg into a bowl and add salt.
Whisk well and add milk.
Add sifted flour.
Add vegetable oil.
Beat the dough well with a whisk.
Bake in pancakes in a pan on both sides.
Fold the finished pancakes in a pile.
Our delicious pancakes with milk and water are ready. Put on a platter and serve.
