Pancakes with meat and rice

Pancakes with meat and rice, a versatile and delicious dish that can be prepared for any occasion. And if this is Maslenitsa, then even more so.

Eggs 3 pcs

Wheat flour of the highest grade 300 g

Milk 3.2% fat. 1/2 l

Onion 1 pc

Sunflower oil 50 g

Minced meat (pork + beef) 300 g

Rice 50 g

Sour cream 10% fat. 2 tbsp. l.

Green onions (feather) 3-4 pcs

Salt to taste


Mix eggs with milk, add flour, salt, butter. Beat well with a mixer.

Bake pancakes in a frying pan, greasing it with sunflower oil.

Finely chop the onion and fry in a pan with minced meat until tender. Season with salt and pepper and add some rosemary for a scent.

Boil rice, add to minced meat.

Stuff each pancake. Fry in butter.

Serve hot with sour cream and green onions.
