Pancakes with sausage and cheese

Pancakes with sausage and cheese are good for breakfast on Pancake Week!

Cooking time 30 minutes

Ingredients

Milk 300 ml

Flour 170 g

Sausage 100 g

Cheese 50 g

Butter 20 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Salt 1/4 tsp

Preparation

Beat eggs in a bowl.

Add milk.

Add vegetable oil.

Add flour and 1/4 teaspoon of salt, beat well with a whisk.

Bake thin pancakes in a hot skillet on both sides. Place the pancakes in a stack.

Cut the sausage into cubes, grate the cheese and mix.

Put the filling on the pancake.

Roll up the pancake with an envelope.

Place in a skillet with butter and fry on both sides.

Pancakes with sausage and cheese are ready. Put on a platter and serve.
