Sweet pancakes with cottage cheese and condensed milk for a sweet tooth for Maslenitsa!
Cooking time 30 minutes
Milk 300 ml
Curd 300 g
Condensed milk 50 pcs
Flour 170 g
Eggs 3 pcs
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Beat eggs in a bowl.
Add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Add flour and salt, beat well with a whisk.
Bake thin pancakes in a hot skillet on both sides.
Transfer the curd to a bowl. Add condensed milk.
Put a couple of tablespoons of the filling on the pancake.
Wrap the edges.
Roll up roll.
Do this with the rest of the pancakes.
Pancakes with cottage cheese and condensed milk are ready. Put on a dish and pour over condensed milk and serve.
