Add flour and yeast.
Knead the dough.
Leave the dough in a warm place to rise for 30 minutes.
Knead the dough with the addition of flour, about 100-120 gr.
Divide the dough into small pieces and roll into balls.
For the filling, rub the cottage cheese, egg and sugar in a bowl with a fork.
Put the dough balls on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
