Cupcake "Light Christmas"

Cupcake "Light Christmas" with cranberries and chocolate for a warm and cozy tea drinking with your family.

Cooking time 40 minutes

Ingredients

Flour 300 g

Butter 200 g

Sugar 120 g

Milk 120 ml

Cranberries 100 g

Prunes 50 g

Chocolate drops 50 g

Eggs 5 pcs

Powdered sugar 50 g

Baking powder 1/4 tsp.

Lemon (for juice) 1/4 pc

Salt 1 pinch.

Preparation

In a bowl, combine butter and sugar.

Add 3 eggs and 2 yolks and beat with a mixer for 2-3 minutes.

Add salt, flour and baking powder.

Add milk and stir until smooth.

Add cranberries, finely chopped prunes and chocolate drops.

Stir the dough with a spoon, and grease the mold with butter.

Lay out the dough and flatten.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 30-35 minutes, check readiness with a toothpick.

Cool the cake and put out of the mold.

Whisk the whites of 2 eggs with powdered sugar and lemon juice.

Decorate the cupcake with icing and cranberries.
