Cottage cheese casserole "Like in kindergarten"

Table cottage cheese 2% fat. 600 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Sugar (sand) 4-5 tbsp. l.

Vegetable oil

Powdered sugar

Pinch salt.


Put cottage cheese in a bowl.

Add eggs.

Add sugar and salt.

Punch well with a blender.

Grease the form with vegetable oil and pour out the curd mass.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 40 minutes.

Allow the casserole to cool slightly and cut into portions.
