Sugar 180 g
Butter (melted) 50 g
Vanilla sugar 2 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp.
Salt 1/2 tsp
Iced cherries for filling 300 g
Cream 20% fat. for filling 250 ml
White chocolate for filling 100 g
Vanilla pod for filling 1 pc
Wheat flour of the highest grade 1, 5 stack.
Beat sugar with eggs. Add vanilla sugar, baking powder, melted butter and salt.
Puree the bananas with a blender and add them to the dough.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Add flour gradually. Whisk until smooth. The consistency of the dough should be like thick sour cream.
Place the dough on a baking sheet, flatten (the layer should not be thicker than 1 cm). Bake at 180 degrees C for about 25 minutes. Cool completely and cut into any number of equal portions, depending on the size of the cakes you want.
Cook the jam from the cherries. Whisk the cream until firm peaks and mix gently with the cooled cherries. Add chopped chocolate, stir.
Spread the cream between the two halves of the cakes and on top.
