Grease a baking dish with butter.
Place the sliced apple in one layer.
Break eggs into a bowl.
Add cream, flour, semolina, sugar, vanillin, baking powder.
Beat everything well. Pour into a mold. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar on top.
Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees C for 25-30 minutes. Until the crust is browned. Check readiness with a toothpick.
Cut the cooled cake into pieces.
