Pancakes with cabbage and mushrooms

Pancakes with cabbage and mushrooms are very tasty and tender. They are in no way inferior to pancakes with meat.

Ingredients

Eggs 3 pcs

Wheat flour of the highest grade 300 g

Milk 3.2% fat. 1/2 l

Sunflower oil 50 g

White cabbage 200 g

Onion 1 pc

Fresh champignons 200 g

Dried oregano 1/4 tsp

Salt to taste

Preparation

Finely chop the onion. Fry in sunflower oil.

Add chopped cabbage and simmer until half cooked.

Add oregano and salt. Add sliced ​​mushrooms.

Simmer for 10-15 minutes until tender. Place in a bowl and let cool.

Mix eggs with milk, add flour, salt, butter. Beat well with a mixer.

Bake pancakes in a frying pan, greasing it with sunflower oil.

Stuff each pancake.
