Your guests will be delighted with this delicate pie with cottage cheese and berries.
Cooking time 50 minutes
Flour 350 g
Curd 300 g
Fresh berries (strawberry, honeysuckle to taste) 200 g
Butter to taste
Sugar 200 g
Potato starch 50 g
Eggs 3 pcs
Salt 1 pinch.
Melt the butter in a saucepan.
In a bowl, combine 2 eggs and 100 grams of sugar.
Whisk well, add salt.
Add flour, baking powder and starch to a bowl of eggs.
Knead the dough.
Put the dough in a split form and form the sides.
For the filling, combine cottage cheese, sugar and egg in a bowl.
Place the curd filling in a mold on top of the dough and flatten.
Add fresh berries on top of the dough.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 45-50 minutes.
Cool the cake completely and remove from the mold.
Pie with cottage cheese and berries is ready. Can be served at the table.
