Pies with cabbage in the oven

It's very easy to cook delicious cabbage pies in the oven for the whole family!

Cooking time 1 hour


Flour 300 g

Milk 200 ml

White cabbage 200 g

Onion 1 pc

Dry yeast 1/2 tsp

Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.

Sugar 1 tbsp. l.

Salt 1 tsp

Egg 1 pc


For dough, combine warm milk and yeast in a bowl.

Add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil, ½ teaspoon of salt and 1 tbsp. spoon of sugar.

Add flour in portions and knead the dough. Grease on top with oil and leave for 30-40 minutes in a warm place.

Knead the finished dough well.

Chop the cabbage.

Put in a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry.

Add finely chopped onion and fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Add some water and simmer, covered.

Salt the finished cabbage, mix and cool.

Divide the dough into parts.

Roll each piece into a cake and lay out the filling.

Pinch the edge.

Put the pies on a baking sheet covered with parchment, seam down.

Grease with beaten egg and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 12-15 minutes.

After removing the pies from the oven, let them cool slightly.

The pies with cabbage are ready in the oven. Can be served at the table.
