The "Snow" cake resembles a snow-covered snowdrift, a real New Year's delicacy. A delicious dessert will become the nail of your table, and the kids simply cannot be taken away from it.

Butter 100 g
Water 200 ml
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Eggs 3 pcs
Wheat flour of the highest grade 200 g
Sour cream 20% fat. (for cream) 500 g
Sugar (for cream) 150 g
Chocolate (for cream)
Boil water in a saucepan and add oil, heat well, add sugar and a pinch of salt.
When the mass boils well, add flour and, stirring with a spatula, keep on fire until all the flour is brewed.
Cool the mass a little and beat one egg into the dough.
Put the dough on a baking sheet with parchment, in small portions with a teaspoon.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C, 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Cool profiteroles.
For the cream, beat the sour cream with sugar.
Set the detachable form on the dish, dip each profiterole in the cream and put it in the form in a circle.
Then lay it in a slide. Pour the rest of the cream on top. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Garnish with melted chocolate before serving. Serve to the table.
