Grated pie with jam

In a bowl, mix the egg and sour cream.

Add sugar and butter.

Add flour, baking powder, salt and starch.

Well you knead the dough.

Put 1/3 of the dough in the freezer for 30 minutes. Distribute the rest in shape and make the sides.

Spread with jam.

Grate the frozen dough on top of the pie.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 30 minutes. Cool the finished cake in the form.

Put on a dish.
