Baked pancakes

This is a royal dish! These baked pancakes with mushrooms and ham, in the oven with a creamy sauce, will become a real decoration of any table.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Eggs 3 pcs

Wheat flour of the highest grade 300 g

Milk 3.2% fat. 1/2 l

Sunflower oil 50 pcs

Ham 100 g

Champignons 200 g

Cheese 50 g

A clove of garlic 1 pc

Dill (greens)

Sour cream 10% fat. 2 tbsp. l.

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Parsley (greens)


Mix eggs with milk, add flour with soda, salt, butter. Beat well with a mixer.

Bake pancakes in a pan with butter.

Prepare the filling, chop the mushrooms and fry in sunflower oil for 2-3 minutes.

Add chopped ham, chopped garlic and sauté for another 5-6 minutes.

Spread the filling on the pancakes and fold them into envelopes. Place the pancakes in a mold.

Top with sour cream mixed with mayonnaise.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees C.

Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs when serving.
