Harp Salad

Delicate, tasty and very easy to prepare salad with tomatoes, arugula, pomegranate and feta cheese.

Cooking time 10 minutes


Arugula 1 bunch

Feta cheese 50 g

Tomatoes 2 pcs

1/4 pomegranate

Olive oil 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper to taste


Wash the arugula and pick large leaves with your hands, leave small ones. Cut the tomatoes into slices.

Chop the cheese at random. Combine the tomatoes and arugula in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Season with olive oil and stir. Put on a dish. Add cheese and pomegranate seeds on top. Serve to the table.
